Action in the Nordic center will kick-off on Friday with both trainings – Ski Jumping and Cross-Country, while both races, on Saturday, as well as on Sunday, will start at 10.00. Ski Jumping trial round on the 139-meter Bloudek giant will start an hour before that.
There are 65 entries from 13 countries for both Gundersen competitions. Athletes will represent Austria, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, Ukraine, and USA. Japan has the most representatives - 10, while Slovenia will compete with 6.
Thus, the competition in the most demanding Nordic discipline are promising to be very interesting. All spectators have free entry to the competition.

A few more days until Nordic Combined competition
This weekend the valley under Ponce mountains will host two FIS Nordic Combined Summer Grand Prix competitions. Athletes have already competed on five occasions this season in Germany and Austria, while the finals in Planica will determine the overall winner.
