Event visitors
General terms and rules at the event site
A refund of the purchase price is not possible, except in case of event cancellation or change of the date of the event, upon presentation of appropriate
proof (ticket or invoice).
• Admission for children up to the age of 6 is free every day. Children's tickets for free entry must be picked up at the ticket office upon entering the
venue.
• Children aged 7 to 14 accompanied by parents or guardians are entitled to a child ticket. On Sunday, March 30, 2025, admission for children up to the
age of 14 is free.
• Children up to and including 2 years old have free entry to the grandstands when accompanied by their parents or guardians. Children over the age of 3
need their own grandstand ticket.
• When purchasing one or more tickets it is necessary to settle the costs of the registration fee which amounts to 1 EUR per ticket.
• The standing place ticket allows entry to the event venue, movement in the designated area of the venue, entry to the main catering tent, access to the
Entertainment Arena with an accompanying programme. Standing place ticket holders may also use the organiser's transport on the circular route
KRANJSKA GORA - PODKOREN - PLANICA - PODKOREN - KRANJSKA GORA from designated parking areas arranged by the organiser. Buses will
not stop at ZELENCI and RATEČE stations.
• By purchasing a KRKA grandstand ticket, you are entitled to: entry to the event venue, movement in the designated area of the venue, a seat in the KRKA
grandstand, special toilets only for the KRKA grandstand, entry to the main catering tent, access to the Entertainment Arena with an accompanying
programme. KRKA grandstand ticket holders may use the organiser's transport on the circular route KRANJSKA GORA - RATEČE - PLANICA - RATEČE
- KRANJSKA GORA from designated parking areas arranged by the organiser. Buses will not stop at ZELENCI and RATEČE stations.
• By purchasing a KAVKA grandstand ticket you are entitled to: entry to the event venue, movement in the designated area of the venue, a seat in the
KAVKA grandstand, access to food and drink providers in the immediate vicinity of the grandstand (food and drinks for an additional fee), special toilets
only for the KAVKA grandstand, entry to the main catering tent, access to the Entertainment Arena with an accompanying programme. KAVKA grandstand
ticket holders may use the organiser's transport on the circular route KRANJSKA GORA - PODKOREN - PLANICA - PODKOREN - KRANJSKA GORA
from designated parking areas arranged by the organiser. Buses will not stop at ZELENCI and RATEČE stations.
• By purchasing a NLB grandstand ticket you are entitled to: entry to the event venue, movement in the designated area of the venue, a seat in the NLB
grandstand, access to food and drink providers in the immediate vicinity of the grandstand (food and drinks for an additional fee), use of toilets, entry to
the main catering tent, access to the Entertainment Arena with an accompanying programme. NLB grandstand ticket holders may use the organiser's
transport on the circular route KRANJSKA GORA - PODKOREN - PLANICA - PODKOREN - KRANJSKA GORA from designated parking areas arranged
by the organiser. Buses will not stop at ZELENCI and RATEČE stations.
• The VIP CLUB PLANICA ticket includes: entry to the event venue, special VIP entrance, watching the competition in an exclusive location next to the VIP
tent - VIP terrace, exclusive layout and scenography of the VIP tent, reserved table/seat for the whole day, view of the Entertainment Arena with an
accompanying programme, movement in the designated area of the venue, a special programme in the VIP tent, separate VIP toilets, guided tours of the
ski flying hill designed by the Gorišek brothers. VIP Club Planica ticket holders can also benefit from the following: tasting of food and drinks selected by
the organiser during the entire programme in the VIP tent (1 hour before and up to 1 hour after the end of the competition), VIP transport on the circular
route KRANJSKA GORA - PLANICA - KRANJSKA GORA from the designated pick-up point arranged by the organiser. VIP transport will not stop at
ZELENCI and RATEČE stations.
• The VIP CLUB 239 ticket includes: entry to the event venue, special VIP entrance, seat in the NLB grandstand, special access to the NLB grandstand
directly connected to Club 239 (underground tunnel), exclusive layout and scenography of Club 239, movement in the marked area of the venue, separate
VIP toilets. VIP package ticket holders can also benefit from the following: tasting of food and drinks selected by the organiser during the entire programme
in Club 239 (1 hour before and up to 1 hour after the end of the competition), VIP transport on the circular route KRANJSKA GORA - PLANICA -
KRANJSKA GORA from the designated pick-up point arranged by the organiser. By purchasing a 3-day Club 239 ticket you get free entry to the venue
on Thursday as well (without reception). VIP transport will not stop at ZELENCI and RATEČE stations.
• By purchasing a ticket, the visitor agrees to the restrictions set by the event organiser. The ticket is valid for one person (one-time entry) on the day of the
event which is indicated on the ticket. Any abuse is punishable. Dogs and other animals are not allowed at the event. The organiser reserves the right to
make minor changes to the programme. In the event of cancellation of an individual competition VIP ticket holders are only entitled to a refund of the value
of the ticket for the standing place, if they have already entered the venue (the ticket was scanned upon entry).
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, bottles, glasses, cans, sticks, weapons, explosives, fireworks, and other items that may endanger people's safety.
Exit during the event is only possible at designated and marked places. Attendance of the event is at your own risk. By participating in the event, the
visitor allows audio-visual recording and the taking of photographs in a public place without reimbursement or compensation for the purposes of public
information, including processing for journalistic and security purposes. Please, buy tickets only from authorised sellers.
Tickets are sold at all Kompas and Eventim branches and authorised agencies.
General terms and rules for the accredited persons
With receiving the accreditation, you agree without exception to the general conditions and rules that apply at the event and are listed at the following website: www.planica.si/en. The accreditation is valid for one person, who is listed on the accreditation. The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme. Intake of alcohol, bottles, glasses, cans, sticks, weapons, explosives, fireworks, and other items that may endanger people's safety is strictly prohibited. Drones, bicycles, and pets are not allowed in the area of the public event. It is also not allowed to dump waste on unmarked surfaces.
Accreditations will be used and must always be worn in a visible place from March 27, 2025 onwards.
The accreditation is only valid for the days listed on the media accreditation form.
FIS Season Accreditations are not valid on the days of the FIS Finals Ski Jumping World Cup Planica 2025, without exception.
If the accreditation is lost or stolen, the Accreditation Centre must be notified immediately. The fee for issuing a new accreditation is €50. Any abuse of the accreditation will be prosecuted.
Exit during the event is only possible at designated and marked places. Attendance of the event is at your own risk. The accreditation is the property of the OC Planica and can be revoked at any time.
Transportation for Accredited Persons and VIP Guests – Planica 2025
Accredited persons with the appropriate designation on their accreditation can use special organized transport provided by OC Planica from Podkoren and Hotel Kompas.
VIP shuttle service will operate on a circular route:
KRANJSKA GORA – PLANICA – KRANJSKA GORA
Departures will be from a designated pick-up point according to the organizer’s schedule.
